Referral Program Agreement

This Referral Program Agreement ("Agreement"), together with the Lassie Services Agreement and any other agreements governing your use of Lassie products and services (collectively, the "Services Agreement"), is made between the referring customer ("Company," "you," or "your") and Go Lassie, Inc. ("Lassie," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting, sharing, or using a Referral Link (defined below), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If any term of this Agreement conflicts with the Services Agreement, this Agreement controls with respect to the Referral Program.

We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting an updated version. By continuing to participate after such posting, you accept the modified terms.

#1. Referral Program Eligibility

To participate, you must:

1. Be a current Lassie customer in good standing; and
2. Ensure that all individuals distributing Referral Links on your behalf are at least 18 years old.

Because a single Lassie account may manage multiple business locations ("Locations"), referrals must be for new, unrelated businesses and not for additional Locations, individuals, or entities affiliated with your existing account.

#2. Qualifying Referrals

Lassie will provide you with a unique referral URL ("Referral Link"). Referral Bonuses will only be awarded for Qualifying Referrals, defined as referrals that meet all of the following:

1. The referred business has never had a Lassie account, Location, login, or tenant under any email, EIN, entity, or alias.
2. The referred business applies using your Referral Link, without modification or substitution. Registrations through any other links or manual onboarding processes will not qualify.
3. The referred business is approved by Lassie in accordance with onboarding, verification, and eligibility requirements in effect at the time of application.
4. The referred business completes the activation requirements displayed on the referral promotion page (e.g., subscription activation, minimum billing threshold, product usage milestone).
5. The referral is not for:
   • Yourself,
   • Any Company employee, owner, or affiliate,
   • Any additional Location, tenant, or sub-entity tied to your existing corporate structure,
   • Any entity created solely for the purpose of earning rewards.

The Referral Link may only be shared directly with your personal or professional acquaintances. Paid advertising, affiliate networks, public coupon sites, paid email distribution, or similar promotional methods are prohibited.

By participating, you represent that:

• You have a personal or professional relationship with each referral and have permission to share the Referral Link; and
• You and your Users will comply with all applicable Lassie terms and with all laws and regulations.

#3. Referral Bonus Redemption

A Referral Bonus ("Bonus") may be provided for each Qualifying Referral. Bonus amounts, formats (e.g., service credits, gift cards, account credits), and eligibility criteria are displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time the Referral Link is sent.

Bonuses will be issued only after all qualifying conditions are met and verified. Allow up to eight (8) weeks for processing. Additional terms from third-party issuers may apply.

Bonuses may expire or auto-lock if unused. Expired Bonuses will not be reissued.

#4. Milestone Gifts (If Applicable)

You may be eligible for additional milestone gifts ("Milestone Gifts") based on the number of Qualifying Referrals. Milestone Gifts will be mailed to an address you provide and are:

• non-transferable,
• not substitutable except at Lassie’s sole discretion,
• subject to taxes payable solely by you.

Lassie is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, undeliverable, or expired Milestone Gifts.

#5. Privacy

Participation in the Referral Program is subject to the Lassie Privacy Policy. Any personally identifiable information collected in connection with the Referral Program will be handled in accordance with such policy.

#6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with Lassie products, branding, and technology—including Referral Links—is owned exclusively by Lassie. Lassie grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Referral Links solely as permitted under this Agreement.

#7. Additional Terms and Restrictions

Bonuses or Milestone Gifts may be taxable. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

Lassie may withhold or deny Bonuses if:

• referrals appear fraudulent, abusive, or misleading;
• referrals violate this Agreement;
• referrals are made through prohibited advertising methods;
• referrals attempt to circumvent eligibility rules (e.g., self-referral, additional Location creation, duplicate entities).

#8. Reservation of Rights

Lassie may, at its sole discretion:

• audit referrals,
• withhold, cancel, or reverse Bonuses,
• disqualify participants,
• suspend or terminate accounts,
• or require additional verification,

if it determines that Referral Program participation is fraudulent, abusive, unethical, or inconsistent with this Agreement or the Services Agreement.

#9. Termination

Lassie may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, including by deactivating Referral Links.

Eligibility determinations are made at Lassie’s sole discretion.

#10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the entire agreement regarding the Referral Program and supersedes any prior agreements or communications regarding the subject matter.

#11. Additional Defined Terms

Company / you – The business customer with a Lassie account.

Locations – Distinct business locations, tenants, or entities managed under a single Company account but billed separately.

Referral Bonus – Any promotional reward issued under the Referral Program.

Notice – Any communication delivered via email, SMS, in-app notification, or other reasonable method.
